Gotmic AB was founded in 2008 with the original vision to make mm-wave MMIC chips affordable while having high performance, quality and yield. Today, being more than 15 years in business, we have expanded our product portfolio from to include and such as waveguide amplifiers and ALC frequecy multiflier sources.
We offer Components-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) such as complete receivers (RX) and transmitters (TX) with integrated frequency multipliers, mixers and amplifiers as well as single function components such as amplifiers, mixers, frequency multipliers, switches and detectors.
Gotmic offers EValuation Boards (EVB) for all our MMIC products for our customers to fast and effieciently verify the performance of our MMIC chips.
Our expertise lies in millimeter-wave integrated circuits, package and circuit related components. Below, our Components-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) are listed in terms of bare die (MMIC), Surface Mount Device (SMD) and EValuation Board (EVB). Our SMD package is made to ease the assembly process, avioding the handling and bonding of the dies. These interfaces are low-loss, matched, properly decoupled dc networks and being ready for pick-and-place assembly.
The MMICs can be delivered in small to large volumes in GelPak and in high volumes on blue tape expander ring for cost effective solution. SMD components are delivered in SIP-trays. All our products are verified prior deliveries.

Based on our COTS products we have developed LAB equipment around these components. These have state-of-the-art performance and are easy to use in the lab together with other instruments.
The ALC source consists of a frequency multiplier, VGA, PA and a power detector. The source is regulated via the power detector to make the source's output power stable over-time. The ALC sources come with a power and control unit (GBL0021) that sets all the internal voltages and only requires ±6V supply voltage and SET power level (voltage) to use the ALC source. These sources can provide up to 1W of stable output power.
Our LAB amplifiers come equipped with internal DC regulation and UG387 waveguide flanges. ±5V supply voltage with protection in case of mishandling.

Apart from our COTS, we do take on custom designs tasks, ranging from MMIC to complex systems. Our deep knowledge from RF MMIC and package design to bias-control and serial interface, we provide a full turn-key solution to meet your requirements.
